We strive to create beautiful, vibrant balloon arrangements that bring joy to every occasion. However, due to the customized and perishable nature of balloon decor, we are unable to accept returns once the setup is completed.
If your flowers and balloons arrive damaged or do not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund for the affected order.

How long does shipping take?
For orders placed before 11 AM, we offer same-day delivery. For all other orders, you can choose your preferred delivery date at checkout, ensuring your flowers arrive exactly when you want them.
Where do your products ship from?
All our floral arrangements are carefully crafted and shipped directly from our workshop at Unit 7-250 Don Park Rd, Markham. This ensures that every bouquet is fresh and of the highest quality when it reaches you.
