Refund policy

1. All Sales Are Final Due to the perishable nature of flowers and the custom nature of balloon installations, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any flower arrangements or balloon setups once the order has been placed or delivered.

2. Flowers & Perishables

  • No Refunds: As flowers are living, perishable items, their life span is unpredictable. We do not issue refunds for flowers that wilt or perish after they have been accepted at delivery.

  • Care Responsibility: Once the flowers are delivered to you (or the recipient), the responsibility for their care (watering, temperature control) transfers to the recipient.

3. Balloon Setups

  • Custom Work: Balloon setups are custom-made for your specific event. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds for any balloon decor.

  • Durability: Balloons are fragile. While we use high-quality materials, we are not responsible for popped or deflated balloons once the setup is complete and handed over to you. Temperature changes, direct sunlight, or sharp objects can affect balloons, and these factors are beyond our control.

4. Issues & Damages (The "What If" Clause) We inspect every order before it leaves our hands. However, if there is a mistake on our end, we want to make it right.

  • Reporting: If your order arrives damaged or is significantly different from what you ordered, you must contact us within [2 hours / 24 hours] of delivery.

  • Proof: Please take a photo of the issue immediately and email it to miniconceptevent@gmail.com

  • Resolution: If we determine the error is ours, we may offer a replacement or a store credit for future use.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your event, please notify us at least [48 hours / 7 days] in advance. We do not offer cash refunds for cancellations, but we may offer a store credit for a future date at our discretion.

  • Last-Minute Cancellations: Orders cancelled within [24-48 hours] of the scheduled time are not eligible for any credit, as materials and labour have already been allocated.

6. Substitutions Sometimes specific flowers or balloon colours are unavailable due to supply chain issues. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall look and feel of your design.
